Nothing that I didn't like.

The self check-in process was straightforward, and the staff at the door were helpful and cute. The room, although on the top floor and facing the main road, wasvery comfy and tidy. While the lack of hangers in the room was a minor inconvenience, it did not detract from the overall positive experience.

I loved having my own room and the ensuite was a great bonus. The check-in process was hassle-free as I was able to use codes to enter the building and my room, eliminating the need for a keycard. The no-staff 24-hour check-in was convenient, especially since I arrived late. The hotel's location was perfect, with two metro stations nearby and plenty of supermarkets within walking distance. It was close to everything I wanted to visit, yet far enough from the busy city center.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect - close to supermarkets for convenience and within walking distance to Hammersmith tube station. This made it easy for me to explore the city without feeling overwhelmed by all the hustle and bustle. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
